Return & Refund
We stand behind our products and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them. We understand that sometimes customers need to make a return, in these cases we offer a return service. The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition. The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition. Please email to our customer service to request a return label. A $6 processing fee will be deducted from your refund if a refund is to be given. Products outside of the 30 days will not be authorized for return.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Nordik will issue a refund (minus the $6 processing fee) to the original method of payment and will send an email confirmation to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your statement.
