from 360 reviewsThese sunglasses are well designed. I prefer larger lenses sunglasses compared to the sleeker ones, so I knew I would already like the look. Having it in my hands, I didn't expect the legs to curve, but the hold works really well! I think it looks good indoors and outdoors.
I didn't think I would really use the extra lenses, but they are useful when you least expect it. I usually wear sunglasses when its really sunny, but now I wear this even during overcast weather with the rose lenses.
As for the rx frame, I don't really need it, but I appreciate the idea! If someone that wears prescription glasses needs sunglasses, this would be a good option!
One thing I wished was that the cleaning bag looked trendier. Personally, it looks dated, but it's a minor thing compared to the whole purchase.
I bike frequently so I need sunglasses as part of my usual gear. I decided to splurge on my next sunglasses, and these sunglasses were one of my options while I was reseaching. Though I was comtemplating going with more familiar brands, I was tipped over to this pair specficially because of its price point and features. It's both polarized and photochromic. It also helps that it comes with two bonus lenses and two options for carrying. I think that this is a great option for well thought out sunglasses with plenty of features and inclusions on a budget.
It also wears well. When I'm biking, it doesn't bother me at all. It's light and fits on my face well. It's not cluncky at all. I prefer sunglasses made with softer material than ones made with harder material because I find the hard ones brittle and easier to crack, which makes it extremely annoying for daily use. Comparitively, this pair lasts really well.
Overall, this is a great budget pick for durable and long lasting sunglasses.
I had already own sunglasses before making this purchase, but my previous pair was more for casual wear. Decided to actually pick up sunglasses tailored for sports because I've been running more. The past pair worked just fine, but it's switching to these was such an improvement that I'm kind of shocked that I didn't make the switch sooner.
I didn't think I would be picky about sunglasses, but I like how this pair is lightweight. Makes it easier to wear. And the fit is so much better. Now sunglasses won't bounce while I jog since the wrap around design makes sure it's secure on my face. It also helps that the nosepad is actually adjustable. I didn't notice this feature until someone pointed it out, but I'm glad they did because the fit is so much better now.
But I got to say that the real game changer is the vision. I didn't even know that sunglasses can make the environment look HD. My previous lenses just makes everything darker, so I really like how this pair makes the scenery look so good.
I didn't even know I could have options on sunglasses, but I my standards were definitely raised.
Has (almost) all I want and need.
It has everything I'm looking for in a pair of sunglasses.
Appearance wise, I like the shape. I like sunglasses that can be worn in different occasions and places, and this deisgn lends to that easily. It goes well with anything no matter the event. Black is such a classic and the accompany pink really makes the colors pop due to contrast. This works especially well because the lenses cover the whole face since the lenses make up the whole rim, that way the lenses are all the way flushed to the end piece. Head on, it's such an appealing look. One thing that I wished were different is that the detailing was gold instead of white, but that's a small preference difference. The reason why I want it to be gold is because a black, pink, gold combo would go nicely, and also it would match the gold detailing of the case. But again, preference. If you don't like gold, then I can see the white detailing being a plus.
When I pick out sunglasses, I want to cover my bases with protection. At the minimum, I want UV protection, but these sunglasses are also photochromic and polarized. UV protection is useful to deal with the harm of UV rays, but photochromic and polarized lenses are nice for practical reasons. With photochromic lenses, they lighten and deepen in color depending on the sunglight, and with polarized lenses, they reduce glare from reflective surfaces. The nice quality of life improvements are a great bonus, and I can't see myself going back.
Recommended? Yes, I do.
I picked up these Kanon Photochromic Sunglasses from an online website called Nordik Eyewear and man, they've been a real game-changer. The whole photochromic lens thing? Genius. It's like having sunglasses that adapt to whatever Mother Nature throws at you. And the bonus lenses? They're like having backup plans for your eyes. Trust me, these shades are worth every penny – DO try these out
